There is no point in pretending to be something you are not - or painting a picture of someone you think we want to see. Being your true self is the best version of yourself that can be - and that's the person we want to join our company.

What do you like about your job and the company?

It sounds cheesy doesn't it? But I love people and this job allows me to speak to different people with different stories every day. It also allows me to get involved in my passion, which is Diversity & Inclusion (D&I). I am part of the Diversity Council for the UK, and a member of Pride, one of our Employee Resource Groups, in the UK and France - I'm also a member of the Global Pride Board. Working in recruitment I am super conscious of the importance of having diverse candidates in different roles - my involvement in D&I also allows me to be vocal and visible about subjects which are dear to my heart (and to feel that I am also making a difference by bringing these subjects to the table). I'm lucky to be working for such an inclusive company that allows me to do this.

Greatest achievements

I'm very proud of all the relationships I have built up over the years across the world - to this day I am friends with all my ex-bosses!

Fear of the unknown is natural for everyone, but we won't get to know and realize until we take the first step and experience what's in front of us. It is only through experiencing things that we become more knowledgeable and mature enough to know what to do next, what to do better and what can actually be the best for us which will actually be the one that will make us happy. Mistakes, sorrows, pains... It is also natural. It's part of life. That's the best way we can actually learn. See the good in everything no matter how hard or negative it has been. Because it is through this that we can really appreciate the learnings and eventually will allow us able to do much better without having anything against anyone, any situation and even yourself.
