Hi, I’ve done both a video and phone interview with a recruiter. I haven’t heard anything back. What are the next steps?

It is important to note when the last interview took place, and the next step usually is that the recruiter will contact you to have another interview (technical). I strongly recommend that you reach out to the recruiter you had interview with to get more update on your application. Do note that because of workload, it may be that they take slightly more time than usual.
