Hi Etiosa, I was wondering what your day-to-day life is like and any advice for interviews? Thanks!

Hi Iman, Thanks for the question. It's one of the hardest questions to answer because my day-to-day life differs all the time. Normally what happens is that you get staffed on a project for roughly 3 months with a client and team. While you are on the project you work to achieve a certain goal. When the project finishes you might have a cooling off period in case it was high work-load. After that you get staffed on a completely new project again which most of the times is unrelated to your previous one, which gives you constant change and keeps you on your toes.

In regards to interviews, I would recommend that you study on what Allianz is about and the values. Also have a clear idea of why you want to join the company. Along with that, if you're applying for consulting you should take some time to practice brain teasers and case studies since these will be included in the interview process. Hope that helps!
