First & foremost, thank you for reaching out to Allianz.

A typical day for me means arriving early for work and preparing to get settled in. I would naturally walk around the floor at work and say hello to my colleagues, and this for me shows respect to others. I touch base with my manager and discuss the day's operational needs and formulate any planning for the day ahead. I also attend a team huddle near the start of the day.

Being a passionate, results driven professional, my tenure here at Allianz has developed and allowed me to deliver a world class service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders. I provide support to all areas of the business and my extensive knowledge base around our portfolio assists me in helping in any way I can. My rigid platforms built over the last several years with other business units within Allianz, proves to play a pivotal part for any issues that may arise. I get approached on a daily basis around an assortment of issues/ tasks who ask for my input or navigation. This could be from Underwriting on an Insurance Policy (eliminating risk) to tasks where I explore ways on how we can improve our customer experience. We love to share ideas for improvement here at Allianz, and any issue in general. In this moment in time, with my experience and knowledge around Equestrian, which I learnt from scratch here at Allianz, helps me deal with some referrals where some call listening may be involved to get to the root cause of an issue that may arise.

My primary role consists of managing complaint escalations, and working to a strict deadline ensures I keep on my toes. Here at Allianz we have a stringent complaint process and work ethic, and I always do my best to go above and beyond to find a suitable resolution for our customer base. The reasons vary for any escalation that may arise, so nothing is the same. I am also responsible for any referrals from our customer facing teams by internal telephone contact; posing as a point of contact for a first hand resolution.

My aim on a daily basis revolves around reducing leakage, and with my enthusiasm, I am always willing to share knowledge/processes as I admire all staff to ultimately become experts within their field. As you can see, I thoroughly enjoy a job role which entails a variety of tasks.
