What do you like the most in your work?

Dear Nicole, many thanks for asking this question - such an important one! Conversations with people is the most liked aspect of my work. These conversations vary from strategic to operational, sometimes technical too. It reemphasizes the purpose of why we are here and what can do to help. It gives me immense satisfaction to simply connect and deliver value to our customers - be it internal or external. In this process, I enjoy understanding multiple point of views from leadership team and employees. Hope you find this helpful.
