Hi Mickael, thanks for the question, it's really a good one! Teamwork is definitely what I like the most about my job. I work with people from different divisions and different countries and sharing time with them is a really good opportunity to learn from each one and share best practices, at the end “we are all in the same boat”. The day-to-day is challenging but it's easier when you share it with good co-workers.

Honestly, when I got my job at Allianz I didn't know anything about the culture of the company, but I have found a company committed to diversity and inclusion, sustainability and promoting sports and healthy life, and it is really important because companies have an important social impact.
