Why did you decide to start working for Allianz?

I started working for Allianz as a working student because it had a great reputation among the Ludwig-Maximilians-University (LMU) students in Munich and great, flexible working conditions, so that I could manage both my studies and work. After experiencing the Allianz world for a year as a working student, it was a no-brainer for me that I wanted to stay there in a full time position (just like many working students do).
