Hi, the timings of graduate program are different across OEs, in Australia the Graduate program recruitment usually commences in June/July each year.

Hi Benjamin, yes there are Graduate Schemes in each country. I'll advice you visit Allianz Career page https://careers.allianz.com/UK/content/Graduate-Schemes-UK/?locale=en_GB and look for opportunities advertised there. I can also see a few entry level roles advertised in UK which might be of interest.
