Thank you for raising this inquiry. May I ask if this inquiry is specific to Allianz? If yes, availing a Graduate Management Program may vary for each Allianz operating entity (OE). Like ours here in the Philippines, we have established a program related to that which is part of our benefits but with specific requirements based on our local standards and intentions.

More than that, Allianz in general has a strong approach in promoting learning and development by which a lot of offerings and programs (incl. certifications) are available for all its employees to leverage on. This is also made present to all its OEs around the globe.

For our OE, I'd say it is straightforward and that's by submitting your CV to us in relation to the current vacancies we have. However, an important consideration that I wish to highlight will be your stay within the country and this should also apply to other OEs that you will be considering.
