I cleared all rounds for the Junior Consultant position; I was told I'm suitable for a consultant role and got rejected

Obviously, we cannot look into the discussions and decisions of every interview process happening within Allianz Group. So if you feel you want to know more about the reasons why I can only advice you to reach out to either your HR contact or the hiring manager you talked to in order to better understand the rationale behind their decision. Other than that I'd also like to encourage you to apply for a different role that suits your interests and skills at Allianz - especially since you made it to the final round as you said.

Thank you so much for your suggestion. I have mailed HR and the Hiring manager for feedback, and it works, they have asked me for my availability for a feedback session.
